Erin M. - I first met Erin when she was an accountant for a non-profit organization. Although her passions lie elsewhere, the barriers seemed overwhelming. With a degree and carreer in accounting, becoming a student again didn't seem logical. With investigation and courage, Erin made the move. She will graduate this year with a PHD in Spanish Linguistics. Delayed gratification and courage made it possible. Not to mention she is also an Anchorage Marathon finisher. A lifestyle success!
Aaron R. - For years Aaron has strived to become self-employed. He has tried a consulting business, and a t-shirt business. For the last 19 months Aaron has been mastering day trading in currency. He has saved seed money, and has given up time and prized possessions to make day trading a full-time occupation. He is now on his way to making a part time business into a full time business. I couldn't be more happy for him. Aaron is a study in persistence and character.
Kerrie and Chris - Having both spent a carreer in corporate america, they hoped for more. Their leap of courage involved a move from Michigan to Florida, and purchase of a business. Their success through challenging times of business ownership will be due to their hard work alone.
Terry and Liz - Terry has spent a lifetime in the construction business. Liz has moved from interior design to real estate sales. Combining their talents they are now active real estate investors. In addition to wonderful motivators.
Shannon S. - Shannon has set a goal to compete in a women's figure competition in the spring of 2009. The goal is very challenging. It will involve strict dieting and strict workouts. Having finished a marathon before, she understands the challenge ahead. Her reaching the stage will be victory in itself. We all look forward to cheering her to victory.
Chrissie T. - Chrissie is a rock hard fitness fanatic! She rabidly attacks a weekly Red Rocks workout. She also has a very compelling story about great business ownership success. She has built a nationwide fitness company on her own. It is a great story of business development.
Joe Hendricks - JUMPIN JOE! If you live in the greater Denver area, and you appreciate a crushing workout - look up Joe at www.redrocksfitness.com . For the love of the lifestyle, Joe runs the work-out for free several times a week, year round. Joe is living his passion. The group can be from 5 to 80 people. Joe provides the music and the motivation. He is the definition of passion. Thanks!
Dave B. - With a passion for fitness, Dave made his way to open a Crossfit Gym with a friend and partner. Although Dave hadn't had any experience opening a gym or running a business, he has worked his way through all of the challenges to now be running their own gym. The gym required relocating, start up capital, building out the gym, and growing a client base. I am proud to say, the are rocking it! If you are in the Salt Lake City area, check out the w.o.d.. I dare you! www.crossfitnrg.com
